This book contains printed lyrics and some examples of handwritten lyrics for all the songs in the first twelve albums from Greetings through The Ghost of Tom Joad. Songs are listed by album. The section for each album begins with a few pages of introductory notes about where Bruce was at (physically and mentally) when the album was created and gives background information on some of the songs. In the back of this book are: index of song titles and index of first lines.
